We ship worldwide! Please email us at hello@wolfinwinter.ca for rates.

In-stock products currently ship within 3 business days.

For items in back-order or pre-order status, please refer to the respective product page for estimated restock or ship date.

Canada 

All Canadian Orders Ship from Within Canada from Sidney, BC.

Shipping rates for all services, including faster options if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For any orders shipping to Yukon, the Northwest Territories, or Nunavut, there may be additional Shipping Fees at our discretion. Any Fees would appear at checkout prior to completing your purchase.

USA

USA orders ship from the West Coast USA. Shipping rates for all services, including faster options if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International

Please allow up to 25 business days from the time of shipped notification received. Express shipping only available upon email requests. 

Please note

We do not provide guarantees or credit for shipment delays.
We typically ship via USPS or the most economic shipping service available.

Email us hello@wolfinwinter.ca if you have special shipping requests (e.g. USPS doesn't deliver to your address).

We will do our best to accommodate you (additional fees may apply).

Refused Shipments

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact hello@wolfinwinter.ca so that we can assist you with your order as needed.

Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
