We believe every dog deserves a grooming experience that's as individual as they are. Since every breed, coat type, size, temperament, and coat condition is different, we don't offer one-size-fits-all pricing. Instead, once you submit a grooming request through Time To Pet, our groomer Annie will personally reach out for a complimentary phone consultation.

During your call, she'll take the time to learn about your dog's coat, discuss your grooming goals, answer any questions, and provide a personalized estimate based on the information you share before your appointment is confirmed. While every estimate is carefully tailored to your dog's needs, some factors such as unexpected matting, excessive undercoat, coat condition, or additional time required may affect the final price.

Whether you're looking for routine maintenance or a complete transformation, you'll know exactly what to expect before your dog's visit, with honest communication and your dog's comfort at the heart of every groom!

From Qatar to Wolf In Winter: The Experience Behind the Excellence.

Annie brings years of professional grooming experience, along with a lifelong passion for dogs and their wellbeing. After spending six years living in Qatar, where she ran a pack adventure walk business and worked closely with professional dog trainers, Annie gained extensive hands-on experience handling dogs of all breeds, personalities, and behavioural needs.

Since returning to Canada in 2023, she became a certified dog groomer through Dogport Academy and has continued refining her craft in professional grooming salons across the country.

Combining her background in both dog handling and grooming, Annie has developed a well-rounded understanding of canine care that goes far beyond the grooming table.

Her calm, patient approach allows her to tailor every groom to the individual dog, creating a positive, low-stress experience while helping each pup look and feel their very best.

Beyond grooming, Annie is also one of our trusted Pack Leaders; hiking, handling, and caring for dogs in our Adventure Hike and PlayCare programs. Her wide range of canine knowledge allows her to take pride in helping nervous or first-time grooming clients feel safe and comfortable.
